4. AI-Generated Content
Some content is generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using or submitting it to employers.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, documents, and other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Resume Gear a limited license to process your content solely for providing and improving the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service.

7. Recruiter Features
Recruiters must use the Service responsibly and only for legitimate recruitment purposes. Resume Gear is not responsible for interactions between users and recruiters.
8. Payments and Refunds
Purchases are billed according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase. Credits are delivered to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, and they do not expire.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on credit purchases, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits are delivered immediately and in full, so a purchase cannot be cancelled once it has been completed.
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged an amount that does not match the price shown, or did not receive the credits you paid for, that is a billing error rather than a refund request — contact us at info@theinfinitygage.com with your payment reference and we will correct it.
Purchases made in India are sold through Stripe Link as the merchant of record, and your receipt for those purchases is issued by them. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
9. Intellectual Property
Resume Gear, including its software, branding, designs, algorithms, and content, is owned by Resume Gear or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Resume Gear does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or specific career outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
